I was responsible for growing and maintaining the Kids Birthday line. Besides editorial leadership, I co-directed a collaborative team of designers and illustrators. I also established new work processes with our licensing partners. Licensing was over 80% of our business. I worked with major entertainment companies like Disney, Lucasfilm, Marvel, DC, and Warner Brothers. I provided key expertise due to my personal passion for pop culture and child development training.
