


Baby’s Firsts App helped parents collect and share amazing moments from the first year and automatically transformed them into baby books and more.
Users were sent insight driven photo ideas that coordinated with their baby’s developments and seasonal fun. Through our app, multi-cultural millennial parent’s engaged with us at least eight times a week. Over 3 million photos later, Baby’s Firsts gave us priceless consumer learnings. Engagement, products, and data collecting were the primary focus of the business.

The PetDays App stood for pet and pet parent happiness. It helped satisfy the needs of millennial pet parents by providing a more emotional way for them to save and share their pet’s moments, milestones, and memories.
Users were sent insight driven, fun photo ideas that coordinated with the pet family’s life. An Instagram like feed in the app connected pet parents and promoted social sharing. Engagement, activation, products, and data collecting were the primary focuses of the business.

Event Quest App provided tailored mobile scavenger hunts for events and festivals. Event planners purchased this service to increase event success through millennial participation, onsite engagement, and paid sponsor opportunities.
During an event, users were sent insight driven, gamified notification challenges that connected them to attendees, changed their behaviors, and sent them to specific event locations. Engagement, activation, sponsorship, data collecting, and geolocation were the primary focuses of the business.

Aiming to reduce consumer barriers around mailing, I co-invented Hallmark Digital Postage. This patent-pending, U.S. Postal Service approved app allows Hallmark consumers to always have a stamp when they need it most. Users simply download the app, scan the pre-printed code on the card envelope, pay digitally then put their card in the mail.
